Cosy 2 storey apartment located in the center of Amsterdam sleeping up to 4 guests. Just around the corner of the famous Leidse Square, the canals, the VondelPark and Museum Square. The central station is a short tram ride and the apartment is surrounded by shops, restaurants and pubs. Amsterdam's main sights are within walking distance of the apartment. The apartment is divided over 2 floors (2nd and 3rd). Beware that there is no elevator in the building and there are steep stairs, therefore it is not suitable for families with small children or people with mobility problems.
The apartment is located on a quiet side street off the busy Leidsestraat with loads of places to shop, eat and drink and around the corner from Leidseplein, one of the main entertanment areas in the city , home to the Melkweg and Paradiso music venues, Boom Chicago comedy club (in English) and a host of other pubs and clubs. Vondelpark, the largest park in the city is a 5 minute stroll away and you can reach the museum area in under 15 minutes. Trams run along the Leidsestraat and will get you to Dam Square in about 6 minutes and to Central Station in 10 minutes.
The living room has a 32 inch TV and stereo. On this floor is a separate toilet.
The fully equipped open kitchen is also on the 3rd floor and and is equipped with fridge, dishwasher, microwave/oven, 5 burner stove, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle and a large dining table.
On the 2nd floor are 2 bedrooms with double beds and the bathroom with sink, toilet and shower.
Smoking including cannabis is allowed. The apartment can accommodate 2 guests. - towels & bed linen are provided - smoking is allowed, cannabis friendly - coffee, tea and sugar are complimentary. - located on the 2nd & 3th floor and only accessible by stairs Note that space is limited. Total floor surface is 50m2. Hairdryer provided.

Early check-in between 9am - 2pm only possible in case of vacancy
