Cancellations must be made by e-mail to info@amsterdamstay.com and a confirmation of the cancellation will then be sent to you. If you do not receive confirmation, then your cancellation may not have been received. It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure receipt of their cancellation.

The Black Swan is the ideal getaway for a romantic weekend. Its modern and chic design is found in every detail of the houseboat. The houseboat has a comfortable living room with fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom, a walk-in closet and a terrace to enjoy the canal view.
The neighborhood is the perfect base for experiencing all that Amsterdam has to offer with its fantastic cafes, restaurants, coffee shops and bars. Oud West is a vibrant multicultural area. From your doorstep it's less than a minute walk to the area of "Jordaan", that oozes atmosphere with its narrow streets, picturesque canals, brown cafes, art galleries and unique shops.
The kitchen includes a dishwasher, a Nespresso coffee machine and all the crockery, cutlery and utensils you will need for your stay.
The master bedroom is located at the end of the corridor. The bedroom offers a comfortable king sized bed with television and a sink with a big mirror. The shower is entered through the bedroom. In the corridor you will find a walk-in closet, with a washing machine and dryer and a separate toilet.
