The booking deposit is protected so you can use it to make another booking if you cancel.
If there is a complaint from either party, notice must be given within 24 hours of check-in.

Bright and nicely decorated apartment for two guests just a 5-minute walk from Dam Square and Central Station. The stylish, 95m2 space is on the third floor and comprises living room, bedroom with double bed, well-equipped kitchen and bathroom with tub.
Spuistraat is a superb location right in the centre between Dam Square and Central Station and within easy walking distance of Rembrandtplein, nightlife hotspot Leidseplein and the renowned Jordaan. Nieuwmarkt and the Red Light District are ten minutes on foot and Waterlooplein, home to the Rembrandt House Museum, is reachable in twenty minutes. Albert Heijn supermarket is around a 5 minute walk.

The kitchen comes with all the mod cons including oven, kettle, hob, fridge and washer-dryer.
The bedroom has a double bed. There is a single folding bed for the third guest. Hairdryer is provided.
The apartment comes with WiFi internet connection. The refundable damage deposit of 250 euro is payable upon arrival and returned on departure provided there is no damage, and the keys are returned. Paypal payments have a 3% fee
The apartment is not suitable for partys
Please confirm your check-in time before arrival. The check in instructions and house number will be provided one or two days before arrival by whatsapp or phone call. The following fees apply: Check in After 7 pm: 30 euro Check in After 10 pm: 50 euro Check in After 12 am: 70 euro Early check in only when possible before 11:30 am: 20 euro Late check out when possible after 5 pm: 30 euro The apartment may not be suitable for those who have difficulty with stairs. It is on the third floor only accessible by steep staircase. The owner keeps some personal belongings in the apartment.
