Cancellation Terms

Cancellation fees depend on how much notice has been given before your arrival date and if we have a chance to resell the cancelled dates.

Cancellations must be made by e-mail to info@amsterdamstay.com and a confirmation of the cancellation will then be sent to you. If you do not receive confirmation, then your cancellation may not have been received. It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure receipt of their cancellation.

Cancellation terms in most cases are:

With less than 14 days notice before your arrival date: 50% of the total remaining balance
With less than 7 days to arrival date 75% of the total remaining balance
With Less than 24 hours or no prior notice / No show: 100% of the total balance

If the policies for a particular apartment differ from the above, these will be stated on the apartment page

Please note that the booking deposit is non-refundable under any circumstance.

There is a bathroom and separate toilet. Cabin 1 has 3 double beds; 1 separate and two bunk style, one above the other Cabin 2 has 2 bunk style double beds; the lower one has extra space to sleep separately if you wish Cabin 3 has 2 bunk style single beds.

Additional info

When the weather permits you can relax on deck and enjoy the picturesque surroundings. For a small extra fee you can rent bicycles or canoes. We also provide information about the environment, cycling and hiking. Individual rooms available or you can rent the entire boat for up to twelve. Starting rate is for 6 persons. It is also possible to book for less than 6 guests, but the price is more per person. Please contact us for rates.

Special Requirements

In addition to the 15% booking deposit, the owner requires a down payment of 50% of the remainder due. The security deposit is 50 EUR per person. Our rates are without catering and sailing, if you want to receive an offer for catering and/or sailing, let us know.
